Proceed to Step 1 to enter your information. Please be thourough, it is important that we can always contact you when your pet is found, and we always keep your information strictly confidential.

Click "Save Membership Info and continue to Pet Info" after entering your information.

Go to Step 2, Enter Pet's information. Click the green arrow  above to save.

That's it, your membership is now active!

Click here to view your completed Membership File and be sure all of your information is correct.
